To purchase wine, you must be at least 21 Years of age the day of the purchase. You may email us a copy of your drivers license, or send us a hard copy by snail mail for verification. Payment for the wine will Only be accepted by a person of legal age (21).

Once we have your information on file, your wine will be shipped. You will be required to sign for your wine at the time of delivery. Wine will be shipped only to the address provided on the drivers license used for the age verification. The wine can only be paid for by said same person. There will be no need to repeat this for future purchases as we will keep your information on file and you will receive a pass code. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. These requirements are all in place to prevent wine purchases by underage drinkers. We will not jeopardize our permits for any reason, so please do not ask. If you are of age to purchase we welcome your business.

Shipping Outside Of Ohio

We cannot ship wine to all states.

Note that due to recent changes with some interstate wine shipping laws, we can now ship wine to some states outside of Ohio.
